The Bid Authority™ Government Janitorial System is a digital product. Access is delivered electronically after a completed purchase.

The free Quick Bid Estimator provides labor-only estimates for planning purposes. It does not calculate a final bid price, and you remain responsible for verifying your own costs, quantities, requirements, and pricing decisions.

Purchase grants a one-business license to the purchaser. The purchaser may use the system for their own internal business bidding purposes. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, copying for resale, or unauthorized sharing of the materials with other parties.

All sales are final once digital access has been delivered. Because the product is a digital download that cannot be returned, refunds are not available after access has been provided.

The Bid Authority™ does not guarantee any contract award, bid acceptance, profitability, revenue, or specific business results. Bidding outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the solicitation, competition, pricing, and the issuing agency's decisions.

All tools and materials are provided for educational and business-planning purposes only and do not constitute legal, accounting, or procurement advice, or a determination of eligibility for any solicitation.

The tools and templates provided do not replace the solicitation, amendments, addenda, or the issuing agency's instructions. The purchaser remains responsible for reviewing the complete solicitation and all addenda, verifying requirements and quantities, and submitting their own bid in accordance with the agency's instructions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of The Bid Authority™ is limited to the amount paid by the purchaser for the applicable product or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The Bid Authority™ is operated by Circle of Keys LLC d/b/a The Bid Authority, which is the provider of these products and services.
